We manufacture and sell clutch components and engine components for two-wheeled and four-wheeled vehicles. 

Our plant manufactures metal parts by conducting all processes from press working to thermal treatment in-house. We can make use of an ordinary power press to shear metal materials with the same accuracy as fine blanking devices. We can integrate two pieces of a welded structure into a single component by press working. Thermal treatment is suitable for thin objects such as clutch plates. We design the press dies based on the expected distortion in order to reduce the overall cost. We can provide carbonitriding and gas soft nitriding, and we also offer our customers a new surface hardening thermal treatment called N Quench (nitriding quenching method).

We also focus on human resource development to respond to the increasing changes in the contemporary market. Our 14 thermal treatment workers each have thermal treatment certification exceeding Second Class, and they work hard to offer solutions to customer issues.

Our company manufactures mainly clutch components and steel components for four-wheeled and two-wheeled vehicles, agricultural machinery, and other special-purpose machinery. Our die design and development capabilities, press working skills, and low-distortion thermal treatment technology satisfy customer needs for higher quality, lower cost, and quicker delivery. We achieve this through the use of various kinds of equipment for processing including press working, thermal treatment, NC machining, broaching, riveting, welding, and barrel finishing.
