ESP-Planning Co. Ltd.
We are expanding our business with a focus on built-in microcomputer control technology, etc.
We develop industrial systems, electronic control substrates, etc. We are expanding our business with a focus on three technologies: built-in microcomputer control, high-speed image processing, and vector control for brushless DC motors. We have arranged a system to conclude consignment contracts. We offer proposals for assembly systems that cannot be realized by a combination of standard commercial articles. Our process also covers circuit design, PCB layout design, substrate manufacturing, parts procurement, mounting, inspection, and assembly software development. We hope to propose optimal solutions and to expand our markets according to customer needs.
Other presentation
[Company strength] Our company was established in 1994 for the purpose of developing, manufacturing, and selling electronic teaching materials related to microcomputers for Transistor Technology SPECIAL (CQ Publishing). Our president has been writing articles under the pen name Kosaku Yoshida on state-of-the-art computer-related parts, and hardware and software technology information. He has enhanced our technological power and sales of related teaching materials. We contribute to improving the electronic technology power of engineers nationwide, and we are expanding our business to B-to-B by constructing a wide network of engineers. We have accumulated an extensive track record of deliveries to public institutions, universities, and R&D divisions of major companies. We cover a wide range of fields including analog and power control in addition to digital circuits. [Business description] Our three major technology development targets are microcomputers, high-speed image processing, and vector control for DC motors. Specific targets are listed as follows: 1. We develop, manufacture, and sell built-in type microcomputer applied equipment. 2. We develop and manufacture image inspection equipment, image positioning equipment, and image processing components. These products make full use of high-speed image processing technology comprising an FPGA and built-in microcomputer. 3. We provide support from circuit design, including digital, analog and power circuits, to substrate prototype development, parts procurement and mounting, inspection, and manufacturing. 4. We develop, manufacture, and sell C-Robot robotics teaching materials, which use the C-language, as well as electronic teaching materials. These products have a wide range of users, from elementary and middle school pupils to working adults. 5. We provide gas measurement solutions such as hydrogen density meters and ethanol density controllers for industrial use. [Industry] Industrial system and electronic control substrate development [Strength of products/technologies] We are expanding our business with a focus on built-in microcomputer control technology, high-speed image processing technology, and vector control technology for brushless DC motors. We have arranged a system to conclude consignment contracts. We offer proposals for assembly systems that cannot be realized by a combination of standard commercial articles. Our process also covers circuit design, PCB layout design, substrate manufacturing, parts procurement, mounting, inspection, and assembly software development. We can support small lot manufacturing (from 1 piece to 1000 pieces per lot). We always stock parts on one floor of a building located 3 minutes from the Gifu Hajima Shinkansen bullet train station. We can make use of such a locational advantage to provide quick support covering from circuit design to prototype substrate delivery. (We have a track record of deliveries as quick as one month.) [Representative's message] We are working to make the best use of our technology in three technology areas: built-in microcomputer control, high-speed image processing, and vector control technology for BLDC motors. This is done to expand our markets by proposing optimal solutions to customer needs in applications for a wide range of industrial fields. We have the means to carry out proposals in areas from system proposals to circuit design, hardware development, software development, trial manufacturing, and mass production. This includes cooperation with subcontracting factories. We can make use of such characteristics to establish complementary partnerships. We receive many inquiries from overseas manufacturers in the field of state-of-the-art vector control technology. We are making decisions from the point of view of whether long-term mutually beneficial relations are possible. [Company structure for market development/overseas expansion] We have assigned staff in charge of new transactions. We have been doing business since 2012 to propose optimal assembly systems according to customer requests, with no cost for consultations, system proposals, and quotations. We have received many inquiries. Our president directly takes charge of support for important new transactions. Expert engineers in technology development, who have abundant experience with digital circuits, analog circuits, and power circuits, engage in effective teamwork with energetic young engineers. They fully contribute to the development of our state-of-the-art technology. [Market share/Ranking] Evaluation substrate for the ARM Cortex microcomputer, which is made by a Japanese semiconductor manufacturer. Development platform of a microcomputer equipped with a brushless DC motor vector engine. Ethanol measurement equipment for industrial processes. Teaching materials for electronic technology related to an electronic technology magazine. The fields of manufacturing and sales of C-language robotics teaching materials for elementary and middle school pupils, etc. Our company has the top share in the abovementioned areas. [Awards and media coverage] [Awards] Japan Ground Self-Defense Force (JGSDF) Youth Technical School, “Introduction of teaching materials for electronic machine technology and contributions to youth education.” [Media] CQ Publishing: “Transistor Technology,” “Interface Magazine,” and “Design Wave Magazine.” [Authorization/Certification] Strategic Core Technology Advancement Program approval: Development of an emulator for real-time industrial machines.
