Our field of business includes civil engineering construction and equipment manufacturing. We offer customers various plans and proposals covering from infrastructure inspection to environmental impact assessment. We offer order-made manufacturing of Misimax high-temperature aerobic fermentation decomposition sludge treatment equipment. It is used to easily decompose difficult-to-decompose excess sludge generated from sewerage. This equipment can reduce the volume of food waste and livestock dung by 95% in 24 hours. [Company strength]
We devise development plans for our Misimax sludge treatment equipment according to the customer’s requirements. We make drawings in cooperation with a construction company when we install the system to ensure smooth construction. We have installed and provided management for operation and maintenance to about 20 facilities in four prefectures: Shimane (public administrative facility, senior citizens’ home, livestock facility), Okayama (senior citizens’ home), Tottori (hospital and food preparation center), and Hiroshima (public administrative facility). We send engineers to the site for operation and maintenance management so that they can solve the customer’s problems in a timely manner.

We offer order-made manufacturing of Misimax high-temperature aerobic fermentation decomposition sludge treatment equipment. It is used to easily decompose difficult-to-decompose excess sludge generated from sewerage. This equipment can be used for a wide range of applications to reduce waste including food waste generated from both the food industry and households as well as livestock dung. We provide a series of services including planning, proposals, design, manufacturing, operation, maintenance, and servicing.

[Strength of products/technologies]
Our Misimax incorporates high-temperature aerobic fermentation decomposition technology. Its strengths include the ability to reduce the volume of waste such as excess sludge, food waste, and livestock dung by 95% in 24 hours. Misimax can handle small volumes of waste (100 kilograms/day) as well as large volumes (15 tons/day) depending on the customer’s needs. Replacement of the chips used as a carrier takes place twice a year. Verification tests to check quality and performance of the system have been conducted at a public test site with equipment that we possess. The system was confirmed to operate under various temperature conditions (-13°C in winter to 37°C in summer), which indicates its durability. The attached microorganism deodorant device keeps odors under odor index 10 during fermentation.

We have been in the construction consultant business since our foundation in 1985. We started to manufacture and sell products when an organic waste fermentation decomposition manufacturing business was transferred to us. We think we should become a company that bears in mind the question of what services are wanted by customers. This is in consideration of the shift in society from a supply-oriented market economy to demand creation. We are committed to improving our services with better technology and proposals. We will contribute to domestic industries in which safety, security, low cost, lower environmental burdens, and high quality are required. We will expand our business in developing countries, and mainly in Asia.

We have staff members assigned to respond to inquiries regarding Misimax from major companies and overseas companies. Specific inquiries before an actual installation are answered by engineers from our Chugoku branch. The Chugoku branch manager provides sincere handling of inquiries from new customers in Japan and abroad as well as information gathering and management.

We aim for a 10% share (500/5,000 facilities, as of March 2008) for sewage facilities (drainage facilities in agricultural areas).
