We have results in product development using HF oscillator technology and digital signal technology as core technologies.

We provide development, sales, and consignment manufacturing of electronic equipment (OEM/ODM). We have developed products in which HF oscillator technology and digital signal technology are used as core technologies, focusing on displacement sensors and ICs for range measurement. We arrange a manufacturing system that enables stable supplies, so we receive the trust of our customers. Our DS2001 ultra-small displacement sensor is our original semiconductor sensor. It has been adopted in many industrial articles. The oscillation frequency in the DS2001 is converted to a cumulative value by the counter in the IC, and is output digitally.

[Company strength]
Our company was founded as a computer center, and we have been growing mainly by developing software. This is why we have established a fabless manufacturing system. We do not have a manufacturing factory or a processing factory for the semiconductors and various electronic parts that are the key components of our displacement sensors. We can flexibly support market trends by focusing our management resources on R&D. We can also maintain a flexible manufacturing system by constructing an optimal manufacturing line. This involves freely selecting manufacturing factories in Japan and abroad on a product-by-product basis.

The quality of our displacement sensor is guaranteed by process management according to the manufacturing process. We select a subcontracting factory for each process in manufacturing our displacement sensor, and we work hard to optimize quality, cost, and delivery. We design and develop software.

The DS2001 ultra-small displacement sensor is our original semiconductor sensor, and it has been adopted in many industrial articles. The oscillation frequency in the DS2001 is converted to a cumulative value by the counter in the IC and output digitally. It is compact and has a thin shape, and features digital output. This is why the DS2001 is optimal as a position control sensor to be assembled into various machines and equipment. We have realized mass production and cost cutting. Our target is to expand our market.

High-mix low-volume production is common in the sensor industry. We are an exceptional enterprise that has succeeded in mass production of a single sensor by focusing on a specific technology. This is why we have been able to enhance our price competitiveness in the market. We are pursuing fabless manufacturing without a factory, so we can select an optimal arrangement of factories according to the country (area) to which our final product is delivered. We can also provide flexible support for market trends. Exports to East Asia have recently increased significantly, in addition to Europe and the US. We hope to further advance local production, and to arrange a development and manufacturing system to quickly respond to the requirements of the market.
