We have a history of deliveries with major companies, and we have performed joint research with the Nagoya Municipal Industrial Research Institute.
[Company strength] We can conduct solvent washing, barrel polishing, and thermal treatment, which are processes prior to plating. We can also conduct fluorocarbon resin coating, which is a post-plating process. We can offer high quality, quick delivery, and low cost because of our integrated surface treatment of the metal-pressed parts. [Business description] We conduct consignment processing of various kinds of metal plating, such as gold, silver, palladium, nickel, tin, zinc, chrome, and electroless nickel. We focus on automobile parts and metal parts related to electrical machinery. We support plating processing methods including static plating, barrel plating, and hoop plating according to the shape of the parts. [Industry] Electroplating [Strength of products/technologies] We pursue cost reduction in static plating by conducting the racking using automatic machines for parts to be manufactured in volume. In barrel plating we excel at small parts and miniature parts. We can process lids and the like without creating blockages. We can offer low cost plating in the hoop plating. This is done by conducting the plating only to a minimum necessary portion. This enables productivity improvement by using liquid level control, masking with tape, spargers (spot plating), etc. [Representative's message] We are actively participating in exhibitions in Nagoya, Tokyo, and elsewhere in order to develop markets. We established a Chinese affiliate in Kwangtung Province for overseas expansion. This was done mainly in order to penetrate Japanese-affiliated companies in the region. Products are becoming small and lightweight, and their components are also becoming smaller. Our plating market is not limited to Mie Prefecture. It extends from Chubu to the Kinki and Kanto regions. We are extending our business to customers who need high-quality plating. Our technologies are second to none. This includes our nano-Au barrier plating process and tin reflow plating. We hope to make the best use of it in our efforts to expand our market. [Company structure for market development/overseas expansion] We enhanced our website in order to encourage Web-based inquiries. We also hope to increase our customer base through introductions by existing customers, etc. We hope to visit customers and actively advertise our strengths. We also employed a full-time staff member to strengthen communications with our affiliate company in China and local Japanese-affiliated companies. [Market share/Ranking] We are the biggest dedicated plating company in Mie Prefecture. We acquired both ISO 9001 and 14001 certification at an early stage (we were the 6th company in Japan to do so).
