Our company manufactures alloy cast iron for a wide range of industrial fields. These include parts for 2-wheeled and 4-wheeled vehicles, parts for industrial machinery, and construction material. [Company strength]
Our company excels at producing small to mid-sized parts weighing 0.1 kg to 15 kg. We process casting materials, and we can utilize a network of manufacturers in western Shizuoka to offer one-stop solutions covering machining, surface treatment, and thermal treatment. This is done so that we can deliver the work as a finished product. We have recently been engaged in developing new technologies and new manufacturing methods, such as the world’s first environmentally friendly casting method.

[Strength of products/technologies]
Our company developed an ultra-high-yield method that reduces the amount of molten metal by 25% (approved by NEDO under the Development Program of Innovative Energy Conservation Technology in 2010). This method significantly reduces energy for melting molten metal compared to conventional gravity casting. This is done by blowing compressed air and sand into the gate and path after pouring a reduced amount of molten metal. This is a next-generation environmentally friendly casting method that is expected to spread around the world, not only in Japan, which will bring about a huge energy-saving effect.

Our company was established in 1967, and we used to manufacture cast parts mainly for 2-wheeled vehicles. When operations for parts for 2-wheeled vehicles were offshored in 2000, our cast parts business for automobiles grow steadily for some time until the bankruptcy of Lehman Brothers. This business went downhill afterwards. We focused on developing the world’s first ultra-high-yield method to break the deadlock in our situation by nurturing a technological strength that no other company can imitate. We will continue to enhance our technological strength to contribute to industries where energy conservation and high quality are required. We hope to be a company that always exceeds the customer’s expectations.

Our company has established a quality assurance system that includes inspections of molten metal, material, and appearance, all of which affect customer trust. We recently introduced an ultrasonic wave measuring instrument for casting cavity inspection, as well as non-contact 3D measuring instruments. This was done so that products and molds will be managed consistently throughout the process from the prototype to mass production phase. Our ultra-high-yield method is a next-generation environmentally friendly casting technology. It is expected to realize energy conservation of 137,800 kiloliters per year in 2030. We will continue to employ this method to make our manufacturing and casting practice more environmentally friendly.
