We are extending our business operations with aluminum machining and electron beam welding as our core businesses.
We are a metal part machining manufacturer established in 1945. We are extending our business operations by manufacturing and selling various parts, mainly to the semiconductor manufacturing equipment industry. This includes vacuum parts, parts with highly airtight structures, and parts with a high-quality appearance. We possess machining technologies using machining centers, NC lathes, general-purpose lathes, and general-purpose milling machines. We also possess wire cut EDM, electron beam welding, and vacuum brazing technologies for physical property processing. We combine these into a unique technology that we use to successfully manufacture parts that other companies do not handle.
[Product description] Our processing technology consists of unique know-how on machining and joining that combines machining and physical property processing technologies. We meet various customer requests by utilizing this technology. We can provide equipment parts and also vacuum parts, parts with highly airtight structures, and parts with a high-quality appearance. We support short lead times and high-mix low-volume production. Our mainline business is aluminum and stainless steel (SUS) machining, but we cover everything from design to thermal treatment, welding, and surface treatment. We are engaged in processing with machining centers, NC and general-purpose lathes, and general-purpose milling machines. For physical property processing we use wire cut EDM, electron beam welding, and vacuum brazing.

Equipped with a vacuum filter for backflow prevention. The product has various filters and regulators.
[Product description] Aluminum parts are subject to waving and clouding when they are buffed. We can produce mirror faces by machining. We can remove even slight tool marks by manual finishing.
