[Company strength]
We have been manufacturing aerospace jigs and parts for dedicated automobile equipment since our foundation. We have been engaged in parts processing (of difficult-to-machine materials) for rocket engines and have been manufacturing aircraft engine and spacecraft parts since about 2000. These parts occupy an important position in the aerospace industry. We propose achieving total cost performance and stable accuracy (common difference ±0.01). This includes jigs (high precision ±0.01), NC programs (simultaneous 5-axis programs), and parts processing (3-axis, 4-axis, and simultaneous 5-axis processing). This is done by making the best use of the technology we have accumulated in the aerospace industry, where reliable precision is required.

Our company has had continuous transactions with listed companies and we are making stable progress. We have trading company functions. Our main areas are manufacturing aircraft and aerospace equipment, precision parts processing, and designing and manufacturing jigs, etc. Our stable performance is based on the high evaluations our technology receives from our long-lasting clients. We also deal with automobile-related jig and part processing by making use of this technology.

[Strength of products/technologies]
We are a jig manufacturer that deals with parts processing for aerospace products using CAD/CAM. We specifically excel at shape processing and sheet metal processing using CAD/CAM in the area of jigs and tools. We can supply high-quality parts (common difference ± 0.01) by utilizing interim and final inspections and confirmations with a three-dimensional measuring machine.

Our corporate philosophy is “Put the customer first, and contribute to society though our business.” We aim to satisfy various customers’ needs, improve the quality of the whole company, and realize Monozukuri craftsmanship that can receive high evaluations from customers. We hope to establish a win-win relationship with our customers.

Our president directly takes charge of support for new customers. We will provide sincere support for our customers, including the collection and management of information. (The staff in our manufacturing engineering department will support technical consultations.)
