We were the first in the world to succeed in manufacturing high-purity diamond monocrystals.
We manufacture R&D equipment and small-scale production equipment with our ultra-high-vacuum and plasma technologies as the core. Our monocrystalline diamond manufacturing equipment can produce diamond monocrystals with extremely high purity of the semiconductor grade. We created the world's first CVD monocrystalline diamond (111) free-standing substrate. We can create products ranging from elemental technologies to ultra-high-vacuum chambers. We also possess technologies for plasma generation in a vacuum, at atmospheric pressure, and in liquid, by using microwaves, radio frequencies, direct current, and pulses as power sources.
[Company strength] Our company possesses high-level vacuum and plasma technologies. You can entrust all processes to us from development and design to sales and follow-up. We do everything up to equipment completion in-house. We can propose optimal tailor-made products and customized equipment by consulting the customer. We can also transfer equipment or alter existing equipment according to the customer’s environment. We can propose high-level plasma technology. We seek out high-level plasma technologies under the leadership of the development department. In 2014 we commercialized atmospheric pressure plasma equipment. We have delivered many systems for carbon materials. We have delivered our patented CVD equipment for monocrystalline diamond synthesis and various other kinds of equipment supporting carbon materials. We are trying to enlarge chambers and increase electric power for larger, faster-growing diamond substrates. [Business description] We support customers for R&D with our vacuum, plasma technology, and microwave technologies. Development of elemental technologies: We design and manufacture experimental devices and equipment, and perform simulation and consignment development. Development of production equipment: We support elemental technology instrumentation at the stage of experimental manufacturing of equipment, process development, and so on. We can also apply our wealth of knowledge to supporting applications for mass-production equipment. [Product and service list] We manufacture and sell plasma and vacuum equipment: Plasma CVD experimental equipment, atmospheric pressure plasma experimental equipment, sputtering equipment, MBE equipment, etc. This is applicable to materials development, etching, plasma cleaning, surface modification, film deposition assist, etc. Equipment-related services: Demonstration experiments of plasma treatment, custom-made designs, maintenance or alteration, and equipment transfer.
