Precision Metal Machining
Achieving both high accuracy and reduced machining time
Our own know-how enables to minimize distortion that tends to occur in complex shapes.
At the same time machining time can be reduced. We own 19 units of simultaneous five-axis machining center by which produce actively on a daily basis.
Hard-to cut materials machining
We are well-experienced with precision machining of titanium and tungsten.
Machining of hard-to-cut materials such as titanium is expanding in quantity and diversifying in quality along with higher performance of industrial products.
We have long-term accumulation of technology such as material characteristics of difficult-to-cut materials and new materials, selection of appropriate tool grade and cutting edge shape, and setting of optimum machining conditions.
Large parts machining
We are well-experienced with machining large parts such as aircraft as same as processing parts such as rockets, aircraft, radio telescopes which require high accuracy and reliability.
These parts are manufactured in a consistent process, and those parts are still widely used around the world, including in outer space. We own 3 portal machining centers that are optimum for large parts machining.

We focus on Monozukuri craftsmanship. We can support all steps from design to metal processing and equipment assembly by our in-house engineers. We excel in maintaining close, quick cooperation among the design, processing, and assembly divisions. They are located close to each other and are also active in discussions and information-sharing, such as quality improvement and cost reduction.

(1) Manufacturing of various industrial devices: We are capable of supporting everything from design, processing, and assembly to field setup.
(2) Metalworking of precision parts: We manufacture precision parts by consignment processing in fields where priority is given to precision and quality. This includes communications satellites, space and aircraft, medical care, and nuclear power. 
(3) Development of physicochemical equipment: We develop physicochemical equipment based on the needs of university laboratories.


[Strength of products/technologies]
We have installed abundant equipment. This includes 33 sets of machining centers including 15 sets of 5-axis control machining centers. We also possess an NC lathe that can handle from thin hole to holes with a diameter of 1 m. Having a lot of equipment for handling precision parts is characteristic of our company. This particularly includes our German-made machining center with an artificial stone frame. We have also installed 3 sets of measuring equipment, and various other kinds of testing equipment.

We have been expanding our manufacturing facilities in order to match the trends of the times, promoting rationalization, and developing processing technology, etc., since our foundation in 1965.
We have been responding to customer needs in the manufacturing of industrial equipment and machines as well as various precision parts. We can support all steps from manufacturing parts that support state-of-the-art technology to equipment design and manufacturing by our in-house engineers. We always maintain our spirit of challenge and try to expand new businesses.

We provide support as a sales team in addition to support by individual dedicated sales staff, in order to respond to detailed inquiries. We have a quality assurance division. Specialized staff will support the construction of a quality assurance system and troubleshooting (recurrence prevention and precautionary measures), etc. At present, we have not yet established a system for overseas expansion.
