We have established compounding and plastic processing technology using metal processing technology.
We have a good track record in various industries. These include semiconductor equipment parts, vacuum equipment parts, food-related products, construction metal fittings, plant products, heat exchangers, piping parts, various types of tanks, etc. We focus on automobile parts. We have developed technology that enables complicated plastic processing. This is achieved by reducing the number of welding portions on articles with complicated shapes, which are conventionally welded on both sides.

[Company strength] Our company can cover metal working in general. We cover from pressing to cold forging, mechanical processing, metal plate processing, can processing, pipe bending, various welding (CO2, TIG, MAG, etc.), assembly and washing. We can also support manufacturing from prototypes to mass products. [Business description] We have been manufacturing semiconductor equipment parts, vacuum equipment parts, food-related products, construction metal fittings, plant products, heat exchangers, piping parts, various tanks, etc., since our foundation in 1962. We focus on automobile parts (including parts related to trucks). We provide service to customers in various industries through our metal plastic working technology. This includes processing special metals as well as iron, stainless steel, and titanium. [Industry] Manufacturing [Strength of products/technologies] We succeeded in developing a technology that enables complicated plastic processing. This was based on innovating compounding and plastic processing technology. It is achieved by reducing the number of welding portions on articles with complicated shapes, which are conventionally welded on both sides. The cost is significantly reduced and processing of more complicated shapes becomes possible by making use of this technology. We received an Award for Technology Development from the Japan Society for Technology of Plasticity for this technology innovation. Compounding and plastic processing technology is introduced for shapes that could only be realized by casting, or which had required welding processes. This makes it possible to reduce the number of welding portions and to make complicated shapes. This is how we have achieved significant cost reduction. [Representative's message] We have worked on parts manufacturing since our foundation in 1962. We started from pressing, and then focused on parts for automobiles. We have now been able to establish compounding and plastic processing technology as an integration of general metal processing. This covers from processing various metals such as iron and stainless steel, to mechanical processing, various welding processing (CO2, TIG, spot, etc.), pipe bending, and metal plate processing. We hope to continue to take on the challenge of further technology innovation, and aim to contribute to society with our metal processing technology. [Company structure for market development/overseas expansion] Our operation department is the point of contact for inquiries from major companies and overseas companies. Our manufacturing department will support technical matters, and give feedback to the operation department. We have received an inquiry from a German enterprise and concluded a contract. We have Chinese-speaking staff. We are now entrusting manufacturing to a Chinese manufacturer, so we are ready for business expansion in China.
