Technology and know-how of special printing accumulated over a long period of time

Our company is a manufacturer specialized in platemaking and subsidiary materials dedicated to the special printing and secondary processing fields. 

We manufacture and sell materials (tools) for printing on and decoration of 3D curved surfaces instead of normal printing on paper or other flat surfaces. 

We respond to customer demand and provide solutions to customers' problems with our technology, know-how, and experience accumulated over a period of more than half a century. 

We make our unique proposals for printing on and decoration for curved product surfaces, which could not be done before.

Global expansion of our special printing technology

We are expanding our special printing technology worldwide. 

We provide subsidiary materials for printing to companies in Romania, Malaysia, Switzerland, Germany, Singapore, China, Vietnam and other countries. 

We have been consulted by companies around the world about problems related to printing and decoration and have made proposals for trials or measures for improvements and have provided support services to customers. 

We have also made proposals for printing on and decoration of products of companies using our special printing technology in business meetings in Japan attended by overseas companies. We have also received interest from many companies in Vietnam, Myanmar, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Indonesia and other countries. 

Our advantage is that we are able to expand areas for printing and decoration that have been limited, providing added value and differentiation to customers’ products.

Actively entering the Vietnamese market

Vietnam is a rapidly growing country among ASEAN countries. 
The largest direct investment in Vietnam is that for the manufacturing industry. Many of our customers to whom we have provided our products and technology have also entered the market. 

We manufacture and sell materials for pad printing, and materials and jigs for hot stamping that are used for secondary processing by customers. 

We make proposals for and provide support services to customers who have the following problems and requests:
• A tolerance cannot be obtained.
• Adhesion or concealment cannot be obtained.
• Wish to reduce the number of processes for printing and decoration.
• Having problems with the first trial without equipment for secondary processing.

We do not limit ourselves to special printing plate and auxiliary material production. We can provide comprehensive support for customers who are at a loss about overall printing processes. This is done by combining our strengths as a group of special plate-making technicians with accumulated know-how and experience. Our offerings include ready-made auxiliary materials as well as customized materials for customer printing needs. We are actively developing new products to enter new markets by making use of our 50 years of experience in the special printing industry. This is illustrated by our current joint product development with a world-class ink manufacturer.

[Strength of products/technologies]
The depth and smoothness of the plate has a great influence on print quality, so we set the default quality standard to ±2 µm. Our precision is among the best in Japan because of our thorough control system, which allows us to deliver stable print quality as promised to the customer. Customers can choose silicon pads from over 400 shape types and more than 10 material types. If you have other shapes or materials in mind, we can make a product according to your specifications (this customization of material is our original service). In addition to this flexibility in products we can make recommendations on optimal auxiliary material to enhance quality and productivity in the customer’s operations. This is done by taking the customer’s printing conditions into consideration. Our plant has acquired ISO 9001:2008 certification.

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
Our company has supplied auxiliary printing materials to Japanese auto parts manufacturers (secondary manufacturing) and cosmetics container manufacturers since its establishment in 1966. Our auxiliary printing materials are used on shampoo bottles, cosmetics containers, car interiors, and alcoholic drink cans sold under the major domestic brands. We have also been focusing on overseas markets since the establishment of our international business development department in 2012. We recruited two local staff members in Thailand to set up a subsidiary there. We train employees so that our high-quality products, thoroughness, and flexibility remain our strengths even on a global scale.

We have acquired a 30% share of the domestic Japanese markets for hot stamp engraving, jigs, dry offset plates, silicon pads, printing plates, and doctor blades.
