[Product description] We have an integrated production system in-house covering from mold design and production to molding and machining to improve the quality and accuracy of our die-cast products. We stably provide high-quality die-cast products by interlinking manufacturing know-how between divisions. Our company is promoting a casting method in which molten metal is indented into a precision mold for forming. This method is suitable for very complicated shapes, compared with other methods. The excellent strength and fine texture are making this method popular. We produce just the right products in just the right quantity at just the right time to provide optimal products to customers.
