We have realized downsizing and noise reduction in motors for electric assist bicycles. 

We manufacture in-vehicle motors and motors for home electronics appliances. We have developed small-size, high-efficiency, low-noise motors. This has been done by applying technologies such as high-precision split core lamination, concentrated winding with a high space factor, and high-precision BMC molding to the stator (motor stator). We are also working on the development of electric oil pumps and motors for electric vehicle driving by making use of these technologies.

[Product description] We have been developing and manufacturing in-vehicle motors (main and auxiliary motors) for many years. We make use of a combination of technologies for concentrated winding with a high space factor and a split core, which we accumulated in the field of home electronics appliances. Our main products are motors for advanced EPS, built-in rotors for HEV, built-in stators for HEV, tilt/telescopic commutator motors, motors for EV, and so on. We are working on contamination control from the parts level, and manufacturing that supports lot traceability.
