[Company strength]
Our company designs and manufactures mainly elevators, switchboards, and precision sheet metal. We accommodate our customers’ requests for high quality, low cost, short lead time, and high-mix low-volume production by utilizing our strengths. These include the following.
An integrated make-to-order system that seamlessly handles processes from design to production.
A production system utilizing 3D CAD.
Manufacturing technology that fuses metal sheets with various other materials.

[Business description]
Our company has established an integrated make-to-order system for precision sheet metal working and design sheet metal working from planning to completion. This was done to meet customer requests for high quality, low cost, and quick delivery. We possess high-precision manufacturing technology because of the experience and processing technologies we have accumulated over the years. We can make use of this experience and technology, and integrate them with the sheet metal and various materials in a product. This is done while making the most of the properties and thickness of a material or product. We are particularly focused on technological development for design products.

[Strength of products/technologies]
Sheet metal working technology is cost effective because it does not require mold making. This is true even when the material (steel plates, or high-reflection material such as stainless steel, aluminum, brass, copper, titanium) has an irregular cutting shape, requires holes, or is complicated. We also excel at bending, which allows us to conduct extremely small and accurate bending, and bending of long objects (3500 mm).

[Representative's message]
Our company will pass its 60th anniversary this year. Changes in the environment surrounding manufacturers are increasing rapidly. Production is shifting from mass production to small lots, products are diversifying, and lead times are becoming shorter. We need to have an outlook for the future in order to keep up with the changing times. We also need to constantly take on new challenges in terms of manufacturing activities and new business fields. We will continue our current efforts to evolve as a company toward our 100th anniversary.

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
A representative in the sales planning department is responsible for inquiries from new customers both from Japan and overseas, as well as major companies. Technical inquiries are responded to by designers and manufacturing engineers, and their response includes visits to the customer’s site if this is necessary to resolve an issue. Replies to new customers are overseen by the president. We will respond to inquiries in a sincere manner for both domestic and overseas customers, including information gathering and management.
