Our company has established a high-quality brand based on three factors: our global lumber network, advanced technical power, and product development power. Our advantage is a unique information network built up to investigate and purchase unprocessed lumber from all over the world. Our expert staff directly visit sites and purchase trees by evaluating them as precious wood based on local information. This is how we can provide a great variety of precious wood matching the design images of our customers. We also have many kinds of veneer-related products ready to meet various customer uses and needs. 

[Business description]
Our company imports precious wood from all over the world, and manufactures, sells, and exports precious wood veneer, plywood, and sheet products. We also import and sell wood coatings and lumber for exteriors. Our business includes interior finishing, and civil engineering and construction works. Our company was established in 1924 as a private concern manufacturing veneer products. We have been advancing into Asia, America, and Europe for precious wood resources since the 1930s. Our group now has 13 offices in Japan and local corporations in Brazil, Bolivia, and Florida. We have a showroom at our head office (Shinkiba, Tokyo) for precious wood from all over the world and related products.

[Strength of products/technologies]
Our industry-leading motive power is in our many years of accumulation, brushing up, and diligent study of reliable technologies. Our company is aggressive about implementing technologies by making most of advanced equipment and know-how. This is done by involving traditional lumbering technology that brings out the best appearance from grain patterns. We are not bound by tradition or common ideas. We seek out the potential of veneer from such novel ideas as laminating metal, glass, plastic, or unwoven cloth bases with veneer in addition to wooden materials.

[Representative's message]
Veneer available for styling the surface of any article is made from lumber by slicing it to about 0.2 mm thick. We believe this to be an ultimate eco product that makes the best use of natural recyclable resources. We have a long accumulation of know-how that gives added value to such veneer and makes it applicable to various uses. We are sure that our know-how can satisfy various customer uses and needs. Our SanFoot product is a precious wood wallpaper that we independently developed. We are now selling Sanfoot mainly in the United States and China, but we will also extend sales to unexploited countries.

Our company is organized from the head office (Koto Ward, Tokyo). We have a center in Chiba (first sales headquarters, precious wood merchandise department, materials department, and CP sales section), sales offices (Shizuoka and Nagoya), and factories (Ibaraki and Shizuoka). Our company organization also includes the Watco merchandise center (Ibaraki), a branch office (Shanghai), and group companies (Hokkaido, Hiroshima, Tokushima, and Fukuoka in Japan; Brazil, Bolivia, and Florida outside Japan). We have been doing business with major companies for many years and extending our business outside Japan by making full use of our network.

We are a top-notch manufacturer and seller of veneer products for surface styling. Our products are not for floors or plywood bases. They are for walls, ceilings, furniture, and musical instruments that require beautiful grain patterns.
