These include the petrochemical, oil refinery, shipbuilding, printing, papermaking, film, and pump industries. We possess the industry’s most advanced R&D capabilities, particularly regarding thermal spraying. We will meet a wide range of customer needs through our extensive experience, track record, and development capabilities. [Industry] Thermal spraying; precision machining; rotary machine maintenance; Al and Mg hard surface treatment [Strength of products/technologies] Our company has been engaged in surface treatment (mainly thermal spraying), precision machining, and rotary machine maintenance. We particularly excel at high-mix low-volume production. We can design an appropriate coating for a product’s use environment through thermal spraying and other surface treatment. This is done by adding various properties such as corrosion wear resistance, voltage endurance, and surface properties. Quality is overseen by the quality assurance department, and managed according to international quality management standards (ISO 9001:2000). We also comply with domestic Japanese quality management standards JIS Q 9100:2009 that include unique requirements for the aerospace and defense industries. [Representative's message] Our motto is to add new wonders to surfaces. Our company acquired JIS Q 9100:2009 quality management system standard certification targeting the aerospace parts industry.
