[Company strength]
We provide integrated processing in-house from mold manufacturing to pressing processing. We can flexibly and promptly support customer needs. We have a mold manufacturing factory with a temperature-controlled room (23°C ± 0.3°C) located 11 m below ground, which suppresses vibration. We process parts in this factory using metal molds made using an ultra-precise machine tool and a pressing machine that were jointly developed with their respective manufacturers. This is how we have realized quality that could not be obtained by conventional pressing alone.

[Business description]
We manufacture high-accuracy fluid control equipment as a manufacturer specialized in valves and pumps for pharmaceutical liquids. This equipment is mainly used for blood, water, gas, and component analyzers. Our products are not very familiar to ordinary users. However, analyzers are now indispensable in the most advanced fields, including medical diagnosis, environmental measurement, and protein research. They are used for substance identification, quality management including food safety, and the maintenance of human health and a beautiful global environment. Our products are playing an active role in these areas.

[Strength of products/technologies]
Our core technology is the CFP (Cold Forging Progressive) method. This is an innovative pressing method that combines sheet metal molding with cold forging technology. The CFP method makes it possible to perform molding of complicated solid shapes from sheet materials. It also enables pressing of products that had been conventionally manufactured by sintering and machining. The CFP method provides improvement in parts cost reduction and productivity, which are advantages of pressing, while maintaining product accuracy. It also realizes high-value-added processing. It has made it possible to save weight for parts, improve functions, and omit secondary processes.

[Representative's message]
Our company is particular about Monozukuri craftsmanship in Japan. It is important to cultivate overseas needs by means of domestic activity. For this purpose we have to convey the essence of Japan’s Monozukuri craftsmanship, increase our fans in overseas countries, and expand the market. We are taking on the challenge of market cultivation by utilizing human resources who have technical capabilities, linguistic capabilities, and passion above all.

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
Our sales engineers conduct proposal-type sales activities. We can make a proposal for the shape of a part from the customer’s product design stage. We can support quick parts delivery by means of integrated in-house production from mold design to manufacturing and pressing processing. We are expanding our sales activities targeting markets in North America and Europe through participation in overseas exhibitions. We are also using an agency for further market development.

[Market share/Ranking]
Resin electromagnetic valves for analyzers: 65% share of the domestic Japanese market (based on our estimate).
