[Company strength]
Our company is an SME with 2 main businesses. These are high-speed index units (house brand) and precision parts machining (consignment manufacturing). Our high-speed index unit (INDEX) has achieved an angle error of less than ±5 seconds, which is the highest level in the world. We have developed this technology further in recent years, and commercialized the Roller Turn NC rotary table for machining centers (launched October 2014). We can provide a one-stop solution for parts processing. This is because all the processes such as machining, thermal treatment, grinding, and assembly are conducted in-house. We do business with customers in many industrial fields, including machine tools, electronics production equipment, marine hydraulic parts, and so on.

We have customers in various fields of industry, such as machine tools, electronics production equipment, and marine hydraulic parts. Precision machining is our strength. We utilize precision parts in high-speed index units (house brand), and precision parts machining (consignment manufacturing). These are both pillars of our business.

[Strength of products/technologies]
The roller gears used in our INDEX product are a transfer mechanism that works via the roller, which reduces backlash to zero. We have enhanced this technology further in recent years, and developed the Roller Turn NC rotary table for use with machining centers. It has no-backlash characteristics, and also features rotation that is 3 times faster than existing models to help enhance customer productivity by reducing the cycle time. The air bearings we manufacture with high-precision machining and grinding have achieved extremely small rotation deflection accuracy (NRRO less than 10 nm), which is the highest level in the world. This product is used as inspection equipment for hard disks.

Our company has been popular among our customers because of our grinding and other precision machining services. We have just finished the development of the Roller Turn NC rotary table. We worked very hard on this new product. We believe that this NC rotary table will help enhance customer productivity with its rotation that is 3 times faster than conventional models. This product will be launched first in Japan, and then in China and Southeast Asia to increase sales. We will continue to improve our parts machining skills every day, and manufacture higher-value-added products with higher precision to meet customer needs. 

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
We will continue to provide new technologies and new products to our existing customers to prove the value of our company. We are currently acquiring new customers mostly in the machine tool field where our high-quality products and parts are most effective. We are considering increasing overseas suppliers in Taiwan and other countries for our overseas expansion, with the aim of procuring from other countries and selling from Japan. [Joint research and development]
Our project for the development of ultra-high-precision machining technology for high hardness materials was approved under the Strategic Core Technology Advancement Program.
