Takano Co., Ltd.

Our company proposes new oilless components by applying solid lubricant molding technology.

We are a general standard press-mold component maker that excels at manufacturing non-standard mold components and custom made products through the exchange of technical drawings. Our company utilizes solid lubricant molding technology to propose new oilless components. These components can reduce the frequency of grease application as well as the scattering of lubrication oil. Our extensive lineup includes a series of solid lubricants that can be used at temperatures of 120 to 200 °C, and special solid lubricants for food machinery.

[Company strength]
Our company established a timely, low-cost production system by conducting machining, thermal treatment, and grinding processes in-house. Our accumulated solid lubricant molding technology can be applied to mold parts and FA parts. This allows us to propose new oilless components that did not previously exist.

[Business description]
Our company has a 45-year history as a comprehensive manufacturer of standard parts for press molds. We excel at manufacturing standard parts, as well as non-standard parts with complete custom designs by exchanging drawings. We propose mold parts, and also our original non-lubricated products. These are based on solid lubricant forming technology as a new solution to the lubrication problems of press molds, plastic molds, and FA equipment.
