Harada Vehicle Design Co., Ltd.
We are expanding our business in the medical welfare area by using automobile parts technology.
We have an extensive track record of deliveries in the area of automobile parts. This involves developing resin parts for vehicle exteriors and interiors, including developing wiring harness route design and circuit design. We also develop nursing care and medical devices as well as aircraft equipment based on these technologies. We possess nylon-powder molding machines, which are high-end 3D printers, and support trial manufacturing in a short delivery period.
Sales Pitch
- Realizing topological forms with optimum design by 3D printers for metal and resin.
-
We can offer a short turnaround time that is less than half the standard time by using a 3D printer for metal (M290 of EOS) instead of casting parts. Materials that can be used for manufacturing at our plants: titanium 64, maraging steel, and Inconel 718
The 3D printer for resin (Rafael II of Aspect) enabled us to perform molding with polypropylene materials, which could not have been performed up until now. The maximum molding size is 550 × 550 × 500. We can also offer integrated structures for large products.
We can offer short turnaround times for resin models using a 3D printer for resin (P385 of EOS). We can also manufacture large products by means of bonding.
