We are a precision hot forging manufacturer founded in 1932. Our main products are shafts for automobile power transmissions. We support various customer needs and have achieved high performance by taking advantage of our accumulated experience and know-how. We conduct forging and normalizing at the same time. This is how we have established on-line manufacturing technology for smart forging products that have both good machinability and carburization. This includes the development of our smart forging process, which has competitive power in its high quality, short delivery time, energy saving, low CO2 emissions, etc. We are accelerating our market development.

[Company strength] We are developing a smart forging process that transforms the internal structure of a forged product into an appropriate (F+P) structure in combination with forging molding. This development has been carried out under industry-government-university collaboration, by combining forging control with cooling control. [Business description] We are a precision hot forging manufacturer in Soja City, Okayama. Our company was founded 80 years ago, and since then we have been focusing on automated air hammer operation, which we were the first in the industry to achieve. We work hard on technology development, and we were approved for the Strategic Core Technology Advancement Program in 2011. We play an active part in a wide range of fields, such as automobiles, farm machines, machine tools, and construction machines. [Industry] Automobile part manufacturing [Strength of products/technologies] We have been accumulating knowledge and experience for 80 years since our foundation. We have installed an air hammer in the upstream process for the whole line from the end of free forging. We arrange a shape close to the product shape by applying preliminary high-precision molding, and then conduct finishing molding from the pre-formed workpiece. This results in securing an average yield of 85% for all products. [Representative's message] Our company was founded in 1932.
