We provide coating used for a wide range of purposes with one of the largest pieces of powder coating equipment in the Chubu region.

We apply powder coating to metal products. We excel at forming fine ceramic membranes with plasma spraying in addition to the epoxy resin coated reinforcing bars that we supply to customers throughout Japan. Our other strength is that we possess one of the largest pieces of powder coating equipment in the Chubu region. We can handle extra-heavy products up to 3 tons and long material up to 15 meters.

[Company strength]
We have 10 coating lines so we can choose an optimal line for each customer’s requirements. We hope to live up to the customer’s expectations by uniting the entire company. We fully utilize our unique ideas and development competence as well as our commitment to make requirements practical and productize coatings that are not currently feasible with existing technology. We can contribute to customers with responsibility and pride as a coating professional because we possess various types of coating evaluation equipment and conduct regular in-house evaluations. Young employees with an average age of 32 have taken over the company after 50 years since our foundation. We can offer customers long-term quality customer service, thanks to our no-debt management.

[Strength of products/technologies]
We possess one of the biggest pieces of powder coating equipment in the Chubu region. We can handle extra-heavy products (up to 3 tons) and extra-long products (up to 15 meters). We also have pretreatment equipment for zinc phosphate coating, chromic acid chromate, steel blasting, and sandblasting. Our extensive accumulation of skills and knowledge helps us choose optimal pretreatment and coating materials appropriate for various customer usages (heavy duty anticorrosion, insulation, decoration, patterns, shock resistance, etc.). We put a great deal of effort into technology development. We have developed original products (coatings) such as wood grain patterned powder coating, photocatalyst powder coating, phosphoric acid type powder coating, and extra-heavy-duty anticorrosive coating.

We have come to the conclusion that the important keys to perfect coating are pretreatment, baking, and technicians. This is our conclusion after devoting ourselves to engineering improvement for 50 years. Our management slogan is: “Always keep developing new technology and accumulating it. Realize the happiness of society.” How well the nation’s equipment can be used depends on the people using it. Our continuous efforts in development and experiments to satisfy customer needs and solve their problems have allowed us to develop a number of original products and specifications. We believe these efforts have contributed to our winning customer trust as a coating manufacturer, and we are committed to maintaining this policy.

We have established a management system according to the JIS Q 9001:2008 (ISO 9001:2008) quality management system, and have been striving to realize customer satisfaction. Our managing director, executive director, and engineering director respond to new inquiries, and propose solutions from the customer’s point of view. Overseas inquires and business are handled by sincere staff members who have good command of English.

We are a metal product manufacturer established in 1953. Our company mainly offers ironworking and canning production. We manufacture and sell plant equipment, tanks, air-conditioning ducts, racks, and sand pipe supports. We have been accumulating knowledge and experience since our foundation, and we also make use of 3D laser processing machines. We have confidence in machining iron materials and we satisfy various customer needs as a specialist in iron materials. We took note of the potential of UAVs such as drones and multicopters to launch a new business, which currently focuses on aerial photography and survey photography using UAVs.
