Production of sheet metal molds for hollow products such as polyethylene tanks

We produce sheet metal molds for rotational molding of plastic, including molds for hollow products such as large polyethylene tanks, playground equipment and planters using standard thin plates (thickness of 1.6–4.5 mm). Our thin, lightweight and low-cost molds are highly durable with a service life of several decades. We have also developed an improved correction technology for welding distortions as well as sheet metal molds made of lightweight aluminum thin plate having excellent thermal efficiency.

Aluminum cast products and machined products can also be used as molds for rotational forming of plastic, but sheet metal molds have significant benefits such as short lead time and low cost. Our thin lightweight molds are highly durable with a service life of several decades, thus achieving excellent cost performance. Our improved correction technology for welding distortions is evidence of our technical expertise, as is our mold design technology.

The use of rotational molded products has just started in southeast Asia and China, which are potentially enormous markets. For example, mainstream wooden products such as pickle barrels will eventually be replaced by plastic barrels. The future demand for sheet metal molds is infinite. We intend to advance overseas deployment under the leadership of our president.

We have participated in an overseas exhibition (Chicago) and are pursuing overseas deployment. We are particularly interested in selling our products in southeast Asia and China where high market growth is expected. Therefore, we are putting our energy into the training and education of production engineers, and the cultivation of salespersons with foreign language skills.
