We have a proven track record in developing medical and food related parts by utilizing 3D CAD technology.
Our company provides one-stop services covering from prototype development and research with 3D printers to plastic injection molding. We have advanced 3D CAD technology, and we have ample software to support CAD data, even for data that appear to be incompatible. Cleanness and quality control are among our strengths. We provide 24-hour mass-production of injection molded goods in the Tokyo area for speedy product development. Our past development projects include medical and food container parts. We have also produced various medical products used in medical practice, such as surgical equipment and jigs, as well as other healthcare, nursing care, and assistance products.
[Product description] We are an expert on plastic injection molding and 3D fabrication. Our company cooperates with customers in safe, reliable, high-quality manufacturing practices. This is done by utilizing our excellent services, excellent equipment, and high technologies that suit the customer’s needs. Our plastic product development department has produced food containers and medical products since our establishment. This includes plastic caps from single pieces of made-to-order prototypes. This department develops both structural and decorative designs using 3D CAD. We hope to make use of the accumulated technology that we acquired from various manufacturing sites in our customers’ high-quality manufacturing processes. Our plant is conveniently located in the Tokyo metropolitan area (in its manufacturing town, Ota Ward). We possess 15 units of injection molding machines (150- to 280-ton mold clamping force) as well as 1 unit of an ultra-compact precision injection molding machine (7-ton), for a combined total of 16 units. This equipment operates 24 hours a day in our injection molding plant.
