Please contact us even if you are still in the idea phase. We excel at working with designers and editing even incompatible CAD data with our ample software and advanced 3D CAD technology. We highly value cleanness and possess a Class 50,000 cleanroom, and quality is well maintained. Our injection molding technicians have sophisticated molding techniques, and we have an exceptionally skilled certified technician on our staff. We can quickly support any development or meeting requests as our headquarters plant is located in Ota Ward, which is close to many of our customers’ headquarters and R&D departments.

Our company provides one-stop services covering from prototype development and research with 3D printers to plastic injection molding in any quantities (single pieces to mass production). We have ample 3D printers and related equipment to realize an environment very close to a fabrication laboratory. This enables us to provide optimal service for the customer’s needs. Our plastic injection molding machines produce 30 million pieces annually from a single mold. We can recommend cost cutting measures by applying our mass production know-how even during prototype development. This is made possible by the molding experience we have accumulated over half a century.

[Strength of products/technologies]
Our company is involved in a wide range of product development activities conducted by individuals, companies, universities, and medical institutions. In the medical field we can create 3D printing models by converting CT scan, MRI, and other data to 3D CAD data. We can manufacture even small to medium quantities, which 3D printing is not good at, without making molds. This is done by using vacuum cast molding. We can facilitate product development when mass production is required by operating our injection molding facilities in Tokyo 24 hours a day. We offer relief for our customers’ workloads because we provide one-stop services without limiting ourselves to prototype manufacturing or mass production. You can realize cost reduction with our efficient system. We also have a wide range of resins to choose from for injection molding.

Our company was established as a plastic injection molding company in 1965. We have been committed to creating a safe, secure, and clean environment ever since, as well as to the development of molding technicians. Our resulting technological strength has earned the trust of a major container manufacturer as a partner factory. Many companies have offshored mass production methods like plastic injection molding, but we have survived in Japan by making cleanness and quality control our strengths. We introduced 3D printers in 2010, and established a business development department to solidify our partnerships and bonds with our customers while simultaneously enhancing our 3D CAD technology. We have strengthened our relationship with the development departments of major companies and with medical institutions since then, and we are working hard to improve our technological strength.

Our company has focused on personnel training regardless of the production order quantity. This is because we believe that we can only earn trust by our ability to solve a customer’s problems. We have also invested in hardware, including facilities such as a cleanroom for the medical field and fully automatic foreign matter detectors. We have always tried to capture needs among developers in our 3D digital total solution services. We have gathered information and added new equipment along the way to enhance our ability to meet customer needs. We hope to continue to develop the potential of our employees and make the most of our equipment to become a company that impresses customers.
