[Company strength]
Most devices can be operated by having a microcomputer control the XYZ coordinates. The founder of our company had background knowledge from the early era of wire dot printers, and our company has added new products based on this core technology. Our company started as a design office when it was established. We conduct all processes in-house, including product planning and design. This is how we design, develop, trial-manufacture, and mass-produce OA/FA equipment and precision machines according to the specifications that the customer wants. For example, we manufactured Japan’s first network-type on-demand seal carving machine. This helped our customer lower the cost of seals that had been produced on a job-order basis. 

[Business description]
We offer development and design on a consignment basis, mainly for OA/FA equipment. The scope of our consignment services includes design, trial manufacturing and mass production of machinery, software, and hardware. We have manufactured printers, copy machines, scanners, and label printers, in addition to steel printing machines, air cleaners, coin counters, and audio device controllers. We also develop and manufacture on-board printers and foil printers through original technologies as our own brand products.

[Strength of products/technologies]
Many of our staff joined the company from major manufacturers, and they have a wealth of experience in product development. This helps us to perform all the manufacturing processes from design to development, trial manufacturing, and production, including the customization of control functions to suit the customer’s needs. This is our particular strength. Our business is not limited to consignment development and trial manufacturing. We have developed various products through original technologies and targeting niche markets. These include on-board printers (dot impact), foil printers (thermal), and silk plate making and composite printers (digital plate making, silk print).

Many staff members at our company came from major manufacturers, and they have considerable knowledge on how products should be developed. A designer’s job does not end with making drawings. What matters in design and development is making good products. We have extensive experience in mass production design, and a wealth of knowledge of safety standards and green procurement.

Technical issues are dealt with by a member of the design department, and production issues are handled by a member of the manufacturing department. The general affairs department functions as the customer contact for overseas companies, and all business is overseen by the president.
