We have been expanding our business based on precision sandblasting equipment.
We are an equipment manufacturer established in 2001 that manufactures and distributes precision sandblasting equipment. Our company developed the world’s first technology for linear control of the abrasive spray amount starting from zero. We established high-precision machining technologies based on this technology for making minute holes and high-precision pattern cutting in a short time to respond to diverse customer needs. We also develop and distribute high-pressure-mist type development machines. We have obtained multiple patents, and have dealings with many major manufacturers such as Kyocera SLC Technologies and Murata Manufacturing. Our past joint R&D projects were conducted with Gifu University.
[Company strength] Our company developed the word’s first linear control technology for the abrasive spray amount (controls from zero) discharged from our direct pressure sandblasting equipment, which has high machining capabilities. We have precision machining techniques based on this technology for making minute holes and pattern cutting in a short time. We also developed a high-pressure-mist type development machine. It supports development with an extremely high aspect ratio and minute photoresist (approved under the Strategic Core Technology Advancement Program). We also developed a technology to spray fine µm-level powder, which is a function that was regarded as being impossible with conventional sandblasting machines. This enables us to make a delicate surface rougher, or to perform detailed pattern machining. Our high-pressure-mist type development machine was developed under the Strategic Core Technology Advancement Program. We have been able to use it for development with an aspect ratio twice as large as conventional developing machines. We hope to utilize this experience to expand our business to the field of minute plating and pattern creation.
