We seamlessly manage all manufacturing processes under an integrated production system from development to die design and production. Our cold forging technology can create complicated shapes that had been regarded as being impossible. We provide the best product, paying close attention to the environment, resource conservation, and other issues. Our high-quality products have passed the severe quality and performance inspections of Japanese automakers, and have been delivered to many manufacturers. We established a subsidiary in North America to offer our production technologies from Japan. We believe that our company is a pioneer in the field of cold forging.
[Product description] We are a cold forging manufacturer that produces magnetic circuit parts for speakers and auto parts, under the motto “Creating products that cannot be defeated by anyone.” Our company possesses cold forging presses (1200-ton maximum) to manage the entire manufacturing process under an integrated production system. This covers from raw material procurement and cutting to annealing treatment, press forming, and machining. We are actively engaged in enhancing the functions and added value of products through our unique technologies. These projects include parts reduction through integrated molding, cost reduction with near-net shapes, making proposals for weight reduction, and gear forming development. We established a production site in Mexico (Tijuana City) in 2012 to prepare a framework for mass production in response to recent globalization.
