We started out about 60 years ago with the arabesque pattern for Shiseido’s de Luxe series lipstick, and we have been manufacturing cosmetics containers, souvenir articles, and nameplates ever since. Electric casting technology has advantages including high transfer accuracy as well as thin and lightweight products. The qualities of the material can be transferred, solid transfer is possible for parts with irregular inner surface shapes, and so on. We possess an integrated manufacturing system covering from planning, prototype manufacturing, and electric casting to processing. We can support unlimited quantities from single item production to mass production. We are second to none in this industry regarding copper electric casting processing.

Reproduction of micro surfaces: The metal transfer accuracy of electric casting is so high that it is used for CD molds and standard test pieces for surface roughness testers. Thin, lightweight solid articles: Excellent pipes and solid articles with significantly light weights and superior surface shapes can be manufactured compared with cast articles and metal plastic molded articles. High-precision interior surface reproduction: Parts with irregular inner shapes that cannot be processed mechanically can be manufactured using a solid transfer from an exterior-processed article. Transfer of the qualities of material: The material qualities of any solid article can be transferred to and reproduced in metal.
