[Company strength]
We have a flexible in-house system to customize our products according to their use by individual customers and their operating environments and precision requirements. We specialize in machine tool chucking, supporting, and turning functions. We can propose systems and have an extensive track record in improving production efficiency and product precision.

[Business description]
Our business is to manufacture and sell peripheral products for machine tool peripherals. We manufacture hydraulic chucks and chucking systems, high-speed rotating cylinders, NC rotary tables, ultra-high-precision angle indexing systems, tailstocks, and air boosters. We also import and sell ultra-high-precision air chucks and automatic centering and runout prevention machines.

[Strength of products/technologies]
We possess elemental technologies that are not available from other companies, and we have a lineup of characteristic products that bring out the best from machine tools. Our electric chucks make it possible to ascertain force control and realize environmental friendliness. Our auto jaw change systems enable 24-hour unattended operation when combined with robot loaders. Our discharge processing tables were born from our wealth of experience as a pioneer in a niche field. Our newly developed rigid tables are suitable for processing such difficult-to-machine materials as titanium and Hastelloy, which are used in the space and aeronautics industry. We have been able to achieve our combined tables because we are a manufacturer of chucks, cylinders, and tables.

We provide optimal products that are sought by Monozukuri craftsmanship sites in Japan and abroad to contribute to profit-making by our customers. Our company is always devoted to technologies, and good communications with customers are indispensable for us to provide optimal products that meet the needs of individual customers. We are making various in-house efforts to brush up our individual skills. We are innovating our business to provide co-created submissions incorporating easy-to-understand hypothetical proposals with virtual catalogs for customer-oriented sales channel development.

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
We do business with major companies in a wide range of industries. Exports account for 40% of our total sales, mainly to ASEAN countries, Taiwan, Korea, and the USA. We mainly deal with the automobile industry in Asia. Our sales subsidiaries in Chicago, USA and Lyon, France are also giving priority to developing the market related to aircraft engines. We have established a high-level service network particularly in Korea and Thailand. Our US subsidiary has excellent abilities in sales engineering and servicing. We think that a full service system capable of supporting globally dispersed customer processing sites is one of the critical elements for global expansion.
