[Company strength]
We have an affiliate company in Iwaki City, Fukushima Prefecture. We manufacture precision metal parts in two locations: Oita in the west, and Fukushima in the east. This is how we have established a system to deliver our products to customers nationwide in a short delivery time. Most of our products are based on make-to-order and single part production. Our products are checked by 100% inspections, so we attach the check report to the product. We receive high evaluations from customers in our transactions for stable product quality.

We manufacture semiconductors, connectors, electronic parts, clocks, press and mold die parts for automobiles, machine parts for automatic machines, specialized machines, jigs and tools, etc. We also manufacture various types of prototype parts. Recently we have also been focusing on product development for welfare equipment.

[Strength of products/technologies]
Materials we process include brass, copper, SUS, aluminum, SKS, SKD, SKH, powder high speed steel, cemented carbides, and ceramics.
Our precision wire cut EDM is capable of processing wires with a diameter 0.03 mm (common difference of processing is 0.002 mm).
Our precision grinding supports mirror surface processing and grinding up to an inner diameter of R 0.025 (common difference of processing is 0.002 mm).
Our precision machining is capable of a level of about HRC 60 and tap processing with S 0.5 or above (common difference of processing is 0.005 mm).

The speed of technology innovation is also advancing rapidly according to the changing times. We are trying to properly ascertain changing customer needs, and reflect such needs in our Monozukuri craftsmanship. It is our mission and pride to receive words of satisfaction and trust from our customers. It seems that the manufacturing environment will change more drastically in the future. We hope to accelerate our activities toward trial manufacturing and development type Monozukuri craftsmanship. We will do this by making full use of the skill and technology we have accumulated with respect to dies. Our target is to continue to be an enterprise that can cope with the era of globalization, and that is positively evaluated by customers. 

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
Our sales staff have a certain degree of technical knowledge. They can offer proper, quick support for difficult matters by making contact with the factory as necessary. Our customers are spread out nationwide. Our sales staff in Oita will visit customers in the west of Japan, and sales staff in Fukushima will visit customers in the east. The sales staff in Tokyo will visit customers in the Shin-etsu, Tokai, and Hokuriku regions. Our sales staff work as the point of contact. We are also planning to expand into the market in Thailand in 2014. Overseas business expansion has been accelerating in recent times. We hope to work hard to respond to such customer needs.

[Joint research and development]
We conducted joint research with major companies, universities, and public institutions studying high-efficiency machining technology for ultra-precision die parts using onboard measurement. This was done under the Strategic Core Technology Advancement Program (approval in 2006).
