[Company strength]
Our flagship broaching technology was born from creative thinking, which was facilitated by the fact that we are a small-scale company. The same engineers who are in charge of machine development also conduct manufacturing. This is why they possess superb problem-solving abilities, which have made our broaching technology the best in Japan. Our small-diameter machining is our original technology with an original structure and original theory. We are a group of broaching experts, and we have realized a series of difficult machining steps that no other company can provide. Our deep understanding of mass-production broaching technologies for large and small items has helped us work with customers during their productization process on a long-term basis. We do this by providing consignment processing and other services for prototypes. 

[Business description]
Our company possesses high-precision broaching technology for keyways on cogwheels and pulleys, and we conduct manufacturing and consignment manufacturing of horizontal broaching machines. Many of our horizontal broaching machines are used for inside diameter serration, small diameter irregular broaching, and extremely small diameter keyway broaching. These broaching machines have been delivered to manufacturers in industries including automobiles, motors, pumps, cogwheels, and pulleys.

[Strength of products/technologies]
Our company possesses multiple patents on both machines and machining technologies, and we are familiar with various kinds of broaching technologies. We have internalized the entire manufacturing process for small-diameter keyway broaching technology. We developed an original technology that makes it possible to machine small holes (from diameter 5) and keys (from 1 mm). Our Keyman product was developed to provide high-precision machining at low cost. We make use of it to propose the best minimum machining method without involving conventional heavy machining tools.

We have earned our customers’ trust by overcoming a series of technical problems that major companies had found impossible to solve. Keyway broaching will remain a very important technology because of its safety and maintainability. Our machines have been shipped to THK, Yasukawa Motor, Teral, Harmonic Drive Systems, and Oriental Motor. We have other customers for consignment processing, such as Sankosha (transportation), THK, Kofu Ina Steel, and Kanie.

All our customers are Japanese companies (there have been inquires, which we could not accept due to capacity problems).
