Our company manufactures and sells fiber finishing agents and chemical agents for building materials and automobiles.
We were established as a manufacturer focusing on fiber finishing agents. Now we also manufacture chemicals for building materials and automobiles, and apply domestic Japanese wood to high-level uses by making use of dimensionally stable resins. Our company is well known for customer-oriented R&D. We are conducting a wide range of research toward developing an ecological society. This is being done by using industry-government-university partnerships, and the research topics include impregnation into wood, bio-effluent, heat and cold storage microcapsules, and so on. We established a site in China in 2014 and are extending our sales of chemicals for advanced fibers.
- Creating new energy-saving solutions with microencapsulation technology
While it was difficult to control the temperature of the existing materials by heat insulation or heat dissipation due to limitations of size, this revolutionary energy-saving material enables existing materials themselves to have heat/cold storage performance by being directly mixed into the materials due to it being a micro-size heat/cold storage material. This material can also be added to various resin molding master batches and paint because it has enough mechanical strength to be mixed into wall materials including plaster. It also has solvent resistance and a certain level of heat resistance. Our manufacturing equipment can control the size of microcapsules in nm units with its particle size control system.
