Toide Kasei Co., Ltd.

We also develop advanced mixed resin materials in addition to plastic parts production.

Our company is a manufacturer of various plastic injection molded parts and related dies. We conduct flow analysis before making a die, and make recommendations for an optimal shape and structure of the parts that can be manufactured by a 3D lamination printer. We are also currently engaged in developing advanced mixed resin materials using unused resources such as fly ash and lumber from forest thinning.

[Company strength]
Our company has conducted business operations under a well-designed quality assurance system since its foundation, based on the concept of “customer satisfaction comes first.” This is done by managing plastic parts production from design and die making to the mass production and shipping phases, through an integrated production system that we established. Our new manufacturing line can deal with building material components, electronic parts, and automotive parts, and makes it possible for us to use various resins, including special materials. We also possess 50 injection molding machines in various sizes. We can combine them with labor saving equipment to realize high-mix low-volume production and quick delivery.

[Business description]
We manufacture and sell plastic injection moldings and dies (50% building materials, 26% electrical/electronic parts, 10% automotive, 14% other). We supply prototypes and final products using various 3D printers.

Plastic product manufacturing

[Strength of products/technologies]
We conduct flow analysis before actually making a die. We then make recommendations for the desired optimal shape and structure of the parts that can be manufactured by machining and with a 3D lamination printer. Our strength lies in the fact that customers can receive one-stop solutions from our integrated production system, from quick prototype manufacturing to mass production. This is also made possible by the wealth of molding machines we have in our plant. We are actively promoting the development of advanced mixed resin materials utilizing unused resources, such as fly ash and lumber from forest thinning. This is being done to reduce our environmental footprint.

[Representative's message]
I joined the company soon after my predecessor started the business. I have since experienced everything within the organization, from manufacturing jobs on the production floor to sales activities for customers. During those years I made it a rule for myself to approach Monozukuri craftsmanship in the most sincere manner. Customer needs are rapidly changing, but I believe it is our mission to face these needs squarely, and provide the quality, cost, and delivery that truly satisfy customers. I also have a huge interest in environmental conservation, and intend to focus on developing advanced mixed resin materials by making use of our original micro filler technology.

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
Sales and technological activities are managed in our company from a single perspective. The sales technology department functions as the sole sales contact, and provides consistent support to all customers from the design phase to trial manufacturing. We already have users nationwide, so our organization is prepared to provide support in various situations. This includes business trips to solve technical issues, and emergency responses in the unlikely event of failure. We can also provide support in English to overseas customers.
