We have developed and implemented practical devices for heating, drying, bonding, casting, thawing, etc. as the leading manufacturer of dielectric heating devices in Japan for more than 60 years since our foundation. We can handle various materials including plastics, wood, foods, rubber, and ceramics. We succeeded in developing the world’s first hyperthermia device (cancer thermotherapy device) by high-frequency heating. We are good at proposing solutions to customers’ heating requirements and developing the necessary devices.

Dielectric heating (high-frequency heating, microwave heating) is a technology for self-heating a dielectric (an insulator excluding metal). This type of heating has excellent characteristics such as faster heating, uniform heating and higher heating efficiency in comparison with conventional heating by steam, hot air, resistance, etc. Our products are used for diverse applications such as heating, drying, bonding, casting, thawing, and disinfection, and for diverse materials including plastics, wood, foods, rubber and ceramics. We develop and implement various kinds of heating devices based on this dielectric heating technology.

We are the world’s leading manufacturer in the niche market of dielectric heating. We are especially good at using dielectric heating to solve customers’ difficult technical problems related to heating, and we receive many domestic and international technical inquiries. Japan accounts for nearly 90% of our market to date, but we now intend to expand globally overseas.

We have established the “Overseas Monozukuri (manufacturing) Preparatory Office” with a view to overseas production, and are conducting new development. We have exported mainly through major domestic trading companies so far, and are now seeking sales agents particularly in China and Southeast Asia to develop direct channels.

We are the leading company having a market share of more than 50% for industrial dielectric heating devices (excluding plasma). Our hyperthermia device is the only one available.
