[Company strength]
We own large forging machines (material size: diameter 43 mm × 280 mm, diameter 33 mm × 500 mm, diameter 10 mm × infinity) to continuously mold involute spline serrations and gears. Deep holes (L/D: 12-fold or more) are created by metal forming for weight reduction. In 2013 we started operations at our factory in Thailand (Pinthong Industrial Estate) and are now meeting customer needs for local procurement. We have factories in Japan in Yao, Osaka Prefecture and in Kunisaki, Oita Prefecture for more detailed service.

[Business description]
We manufacture blanks using metal forming processing for complicated gear shapes and deep holes. We use the world’s longest forging former and large multi-stage formers. We make the best use of NC and MC processing machines for machining, grinding and polishing, presses for secondary heading, and many processing machines for shearing. We use net shape processing to produce products meeting user needs.

[Industry]
Metal parts manufacturing and sales

[Strength of products/technologies]
The secondary processing factory at the head office creates sensor parts requiring 1/1000-order accuracy from large forged blanks by grinding in thermostatic chambers. The factory also uses continuous forging and secondary pressing to produces copper terminals for HV from wires at low cost and with high accuracy. We provide our products to a wide range of users, from critical parts for seat belts to steering wheels and undercarriage parts. We also supply certified special metal fittings and long bolts to power companies, heavy electrical machinery companies, and housing manufacturers.

[Representative's message]
We have two factories and three sales offices in Japan and one factory outside Japan for timely customer support. We implement small-lot, short-term deliveries with 100% made-to-order production. Our motto is “Learn the customer’s problems.” We promote sales activities with excellent technical staff making the best use of various processing machines. We intend to solve our customers’ problems by producing optimal processes and new technologies. We aim to be the most pleasing company in the field: an exciting company that gives hope and pride to its staff.
