[Company strength]
Jacquard devices are mounted on all our looms. We can manufacture towels of various sizes, from handkerchiefs to towel-blankets, etc., in gauze fabrics as well as pile fabrics. We also deal with fabric and embroidery data in-house. We can manufacture according to the lot using sample warping machines, sectional warping machines, beam warping machines, and so on. We can conduct careful Monozukuri craftsmanship of delicate parts in cooperation with our group dyeing plant.

We plan, manufacture, and sell towel products. We carry out complete and integrated in-house production within our group companies from thread dyeing to end products. We assure a sense of security and safety. We have arranged facilities and production systems suitable for quick, small-lot deliveries.

[Strength of products/technologies]
Five-color weaving (full-color Jacquard-woven towels): This is a world-first, groundbreaking textile that has enabled top-dyed pile fabric to be Jacquard woven in various colors and designs such as full-color pictures or photographs. This was previously not possible with methods other than inkjet printing. 
Gobelin FX (full color Gobelin weaving): We can realize panel patterns 190 cm wide (the length is unrestricted) and allow for color expression much closer to the original picture compared with conventional Gobelin weaving. We can deal with any materials other than 100% cotton.
We also have other technologies such as needle-and-thread elimination (the omission portion pile is concealed).

Towels have been used for gifts for years. They have been utilized in the “ready-made gift” style in which a nominal retail price is preset. Branded towels have been hot sellers. In recent years, however, a simple brand name does not satisfy increasing consumer demands. In other words, many people have come to look for a towel’s water absorbency or pleasure of touch, which are the original nature of towels. Our company conducts integrated production from dyeing to end products. We assure high quality, and above all else we target comfortably usable towels. We invite you to confirm it yourself with our towels in your own hands.

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
Our company is ranked top in Japan for domestic towel sales. We supply to major companies, but we are also willing to supply our products in small lots to customers who are looking for their favorite towels, regardless of the scale. Please feel free to contact us. We are willing to give advice, and make prototypes if necessary. This process is applied not only to domestic customers, but also to overseas customers. We would like customers around the world to use Japanese towels, and especially our company’s towels.
