Our extensive facilities enable us to meet various resin processing needs.

Our business includes manufacturing and selling our own unique recycled resin products, compound processing of resin, and development of new materials. Compound processing allows us to meet various customer needs, including general-purpose resins and super-engineering plastics. We are studying carbon nanotube (CNT) nanocomposites for new material development. Joint research projects are underway with Nagoya University and Nagoya Municipal Industrial Research Institute.

[Company strength]
Our company has various facilities in the field of resin compound processing that allow us to design and manufacture resin products in response to society’s needs. These facilities include single screw extruders, twin screw extruders, and freezing crushing equipment that uses liquid nitrogen. We can make small quantities and spot-type prototypes when we receive a consignment order for a compound, as well as other resin products according to the customer’s specifications. We also develop new resin materials by incorporating the latest materials and technologies. This is done through joint research with universities and other organizations.

Our company manufactures and sells resin products. We offer compound processing of thermoplastic resin (mainly engineering plastics), and powder processed-resin products processed by refrigeration crushing technology.

Our resin business includes manufacturing and selling recycled resin products (mainly nylon 6 and 66) under our own brand, and consignment manufacturing of compounds that match the customer’s requests (specifications). We cater to various kinds of requests in consignment manufacturing of compounds, including general-purpose resins and super-engineering plastics. Our company is also developing carbon nanotube (CNT) nanocomposites, in addition to developing new materials and new resin recycling technology.

Our company has been processing resin materials since its establishment in 1945. We make use of our accumulated strengths in quality and technology to focus on this field while entering new fields at the same time. Many of our customers are major companies, and we receive requests for molding in various fields that were mostly impossible in large organizations. We will continue to develop new resin materials to meet ever-diversifying customer needs, so that we can proactively cultivate new markets and new fields.

Our sales department responds to inquiries from new customers. The technology development department responds to inquiries about new material development. The production department may reply if the inquiry concerns mass production or material evaluation.

Nagoya University, Nagoya Municipal Industrial Research Institute (“Development of mass production technology and equipment for lightweight, high-strength composite mold materials, through the use of carbon nanofiller and nanocomposites” (2011-2013), and many others, received Strategic Core Technology Advancement Program approval).
