[Company strength]
We can provide integrated manufacturing from the design of metal plate products to processing, assembly, and painting (outsourced). We make superior proposals according to the customer’s requirements. We are also capable of manufacturing from single pieces to mass production goods using a hydraulic press with short delivery times. We have accumulated many years of experience in manufacturing metal plate parts for construction machines.

[Business description]
We design and manufacture metal plate parts. We provide integrated processing from design to manufacturing. This includes metal plate processing, welding assembly, painting (outsourced to a cooperating company), assembly, inspection, product design, die design, and assembly jig design. We can support manufacturing from single pieces to mass production.

[Strength of products/technologies]
We started manufacturing parts for construction machines in 1967. We have mainly been manufacturing cabs (driver seats) for more than 20 years, with a total of more than 44,000 sets. A welding structure with high rigidity is essential in order to ensure driver (operator) safety if a construction machine falls over. We have obtained high evaluations particularly for our welding technology and quality. We also actively make superior VA and VE proposals that will contribute to the customer in terms of quality, delivery time, and cost. 

[Representative's message]
Our company was founded in 1946, and I am the third-generation president. When our company was founded we manufactured toys made by combining tin or celluloid pressed parts with springs. We later converted our business to pressed parts for automobiles, and further to parts for construction machines. We will make our best effort to promote our company, technology, and products, specifically with major domestic companies, regardless of the industry type. Expanding sales is our most important corporate target.

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
We support customers with all of our departments (sales, production technology, manufacturing, quality control, manufacturing control, and general affairs/accounting).
Our president or the executive director will take direct control of support for new customers in addition to the support by the staff of each department. We are working to construct a corporate organization that can expand our overseas business in the future.

ISO 9001 certification anticipated (September 2014).

[Joint research and development]
We have a record of transactions with Caterpillar, Inc. from the product development stage. We have made many proposals, which were reflected in the quality, delivery period, and cost.
