[Company strength]
Direct communication with the customers of pharmaceutical companies and production machine manufacturers is our advantage. This makes it possible for us to propose a wide range of options based on inquiries from customers about connections before and after their machine and manufacturing line structure. We hold frequent meetings to confirm every detail from the planning and design stages. This allows us to create products incorporating the ideas we learn in these meetings and support customers for operation tests after installation as well as in after-sales maintenance.

[Business description]
We design and manufacture stainless steel products. We especially design and manufacture material-handling equipment that connects process equipment for solid preparation manufacturing in the pharmaceutical industry. Our system satisfies clean class 100,000, which is required for pharmaceutical factories. We optimize our system and offer integrated total support from planning to design, manufacturing, installation, and after-sales maintenance from the customer’s viewpoint.

[Strength of products/technologies]
Our engineering staff includes a number of engineers who used to work in different industrial fields. This contributes to widening our network in addition to the know-how we have accumulated for many years, which helps us to meet customer requirements. Most of the orders we receive are for custom-made products. Customer satisfaction is our priority while we produce equipment that can be used under special requirements. This includes being explosion-proof, and able to withstand bigger loads and higher frequencies. We have a established system for design, manufacturing, and quality assurance that can satisfy the cleanroom requirements of pharmaceutical factories. We observe high standards for factory cleanness and safety. (We received an Excellent Company Award for Monozukuri Craftsmanship in Osaka in 2010.)

[Representative's message]
We started as an equipment manufacturer for Fuji Kogyo Co., Ltd. in April 1988. We have been engaged in joint development for automatic equipment, manufacturing material handling machines, and repairing processing machines for the pharmaceutical industry. Our business has grown as we have received high evaluations for our high standards in manufacturing and safety. We are committed to taking on the development of more products that satisfy new needs and that have yet to be on the market. We will do this by promptly responding to market needs through collaboration with partners who are familiar with the industry and the knowledge and experience we have accumulated so far. We believe that these efforts will eventually benefit the pharmaceutical industry, too.

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
We have been doing business with major pharmaceutical companies, general contractors, engineering companies, and production equipment manufacturers. We will further enhance our internal operations while watching industry trends in the wake of the expected expansion of facilities by generic drug makers. We plan to install demonstration machines for customers to experience them firsthand and further reinforce our engineering staff.

We have a share of more than 30% of material handling equipment in the pharmaceutical industry (in Japan).

[Joint research and development]
Joint research with Osaka Prefecture University: Development of cleaning technology using superheated steam for containers for manufactured pharmaceutical products, since May 1, 2013, Prefecture University Local Area No. 14-11. This has been conducted as consignment research since December 3, 2013.

Our direct customers include JGC Corporation, Obayashi Corporation, Shimizu Corporation, Dalton Corporation, and CKD (the last two companies are machine manufacturers). We also do business with about 30 companies out of 50 listed Japanese and 10 overseas capital companies.
