[Strength of products/technologies]
Brazing with heating at 1,000°C is applied in many part products related to internal combustion engines for automobiles. We can provide nickel-plating membranes that can prevent adhesion failure between the plating layer and the material, even under such an environment. This is the point that differentiates our company from our competitors. We can also provide surface treatment processing for various types of materials, in large and small lots, and with various qualities.

[Representative's message]
Our company has mainly been conducting ornamental plating with copper-nickel-chromium for Brother sewing and knitting machines since its foundation in 1949. The recent expansion of motorization has led to 60 to 70% of our sales being in the field of automobile parts. We would like to expand our sales to aircraft, medical equipment, general industrial equipment, and so on. This will be done by utilizing our technology that can prevent adhesion failure between the plating layer and the material, even when heated as high as 1,000°C.

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
Thus far we have established systems for quality control, production control, process control, etc., for transactions with major companies through the cases of Toyota’s Tier 1 and Tier 2. This is how we can respond to any inquiries.
