Sales Pitch

Fast development and manufacturing system
We can attend meetings as early as the planning stage.
Even if there is no specific drawing, we can have preliminary discussions with schematic drawings.
We excel at mechanisms design tailored to specified budgets and delivery times.
One-stop development system
We carry out entire processes in house from design, manufacturing, assembly through operation checking.
We offer “proposal sales” through the close cooperation between our design and processing divisions. A reduction in delivery times and costs are achieved with this approach.
Advanced processing technique
Precision machining
We can perform complex and high-precision machining with our most advanced multi-task machines. We also have general-purpose processing machines, so we can accept orders for even single piece processing.
Precision finishing by skilled craftsmen
Hand finishing by our skilled craftsmen enables such processing and finishing that are not possible with machines alone.

Other presentation

[Company strength]
We have abundant experience in consignment manufacturing of research robots, space-related experimental devices, and research medical equipment. Our clients are engineering laboratories at national, public and private universities, public research organizations, and the R&D departments of major companies. Our experience enables us to develop and deliver optimal products according to their intended use. We make use of the advantage of having in-house design and machining departments and we are committed to 3D CAD. This contributes to reducing machining costs. We also verify product quality and mechanisms with CAE structural analysis and mechanical analysis as required. We can quickly carry out post-delivery maintenance and improvement because of our integrated in-house production.

[Business description]
Consignment manufacturing of research robots (for space, ocean, rescue, medicine, welfare, humanoid, virtual reality, etc.).
Consignment manufacturing of space-related experimental devices (for ground experimentation and mounting on artificial satellites).
Subcontract manufacturing of parts for high-precision equipment, such as medical equipment (including research equipment), optical equipment, semiconductor-related equipment, and fixed-volume dispensers for high-viscosity materials.
Consignment manufacturing of various jigs and tools.

[Industry]
General machine and implement manufacturing

[Strength of products/technologies]
Integrated in-house production from design, machining, assembly, and adjustment to embedded software and hardware development, wiring, and performance checks.
The latest machining technology (3D profiling) with the latest simultaneous 5-axis machining devices (composite lathe and 5-axis machining center) and a 3D CAD/CAM system.
Skillful manual work (bonding, press fitting, and engagement) with many years of expertise.
Machining very hard materials (titanium alloy, nickel alloy, and magnesium alloy) and precision instruments (surgical forceps, etc.).

[Representative's message]
Our company has extensive experience in consignment manufacturing of research robots, space-related experimental devices, and research medical equipment. Our clients are engineering laboratories at national, public and private universities, public research organizations, and the R&D departments of major companies. People in Japan have expectations for cutting-edge medical and welfare equipment due to the decreasing birthrate and aging population. We plan to develop and manufacture practical medical and welfare robots using techniques cultivated in consignment manufacturing.
We must face great obstacles, such as safety standards, ethical codes, and the Pharmaceutical Affairs Act (PMDA). However, we will clear them with high objectives in mind.

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
Our own products (spherical wheel for omnidirectional mobility, three-dimensional operation mechanical structure, and sphere levitation device) are not currently introduced on our website, but we will post this information soon. These products are research platforms. We will send a demonstration DVD free of charge at your request if you would like to know how these products could help you. Feel free to send a request email to the sales department’s email address. We will make necessary alterations for the local use conditions while looking at actual results in the domestic market as we expand overseas.
