[Company strength]
Our motto is to provide flexible and speedy action from sales to manufacturing using the advantages of a small organization. We have an established reputation particularly for high-accuracy short-term trial manufacturing of even single pieces. We guarantee all parts by attaching measurement data. We are particularly popular among manufacturers for our precision machining. Our strength is indicated precisely by the fact that we receive many processing requests that have been refused by other companies due to difficulties in lead time and technology.

[Business description]
We manufacture experimentally developed parts. Our mainline business is precision machining, lathing, gear processing, vacuum casting, molding, and forming of resins and metals using machining centers. Overseas partner factories are capable enough to manufacture products of any size by molding. We do not handle long-term production because we are specialized in trial manufacturing. We are basically dedicated to short-term trial manufacturing.

[Strength of products/technologies]
We have unique know-how about resin machining, which we have accumulated for many years. This particularly includes composite processing of small-module precision gears, and machining difficult-to-process PP, nylon, and glass-added materials. If resin machining materials are not available from the market, we create block materials by forming them and use them for machining. We can perform machining with the same materials as for mass production. We can make technical proposals according to the purpose of prototype evaluation and the priority order and also provide technologies to implement them.

We have a small organization, but we are a rare company that makes direct transactions with major companies. This is because our advantage of high-quality short-term trial part manufacturing is highly appreciated among these companies. We are aware of both our advantages and disadvantages. We work under the belief that quality has nothing to do with the scale of an organization. We will extend sincere trial manufacturing services by always considering trial development and manufacturing support worth paying for.

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
We have accumulated know-how about sales to manufacturing and quality management through many years of transactions with major manufacturers for 38 years since our foundation. Now more than 90% of our sales are from direct transactions with major companies. We are interested in overseas expansion if there is a base that can solve the delivery issue and bring out the best from us in speed. However, we do not feel that overseas expansion is necessary for trial manufacturing.

We are confident (and have also heard this from manufacturer procurement staff) that we rank at the top among competitive vendors for each manufacturer in terms of sales and technology.

Mainly direct transactions with major manufacturers (about 25 listed companies). All of these are for the manufacture of experimentally developed parts (as well as a portion of mass production).

In the past we have processed parts for NASA through a trading firm.
