Ball screws are mainly manufactured by major companies, and it is not common for them to be manufactured by a company of our size. However, we can manufacture ball screws with an accuracy and grade equivalent to those of major companies! We can respond to customer requests in product development, etc., by making use of our flexibility. We can supply standard-type products in a short delivery period.

We design, manufacture, and sell precision ball screws. We provide integrated handling from materials to processing and assembly. We also support precision processing, such as gauge, prototype, jig, and measurement equipment manufacturing.

We have confidence in our technology, which we have been polishing since our foundation as a subcontractor for major enterprises. We have also accumulated experience in prototype manufacturing in various fields. These include automobiles, aerospace, medical equipment, robotics, and home electronics appliances. We are now manufacturing and selling ball screws as our company’s products, after a period of OEM supply to various companies.

Our company was founded at Kamata in 1962, and we have concentrated on refining our machining technology ever since. Our attitude toward enhancing processing accuracy has not changed, although the processing products have changed. For example, the products we process have evolved from gauges to measurement equipment to precision prototypes, and from jigs and tools to feed screws to ball screws. We now export our products overseas. We will do our best to receive positive customer evaluations regarding delivery period and the price, to say nothing of quality and accuracy, and to respond to various requests.

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
The scale of our company is small and the number of staff is also small, so there is a limit in creating a special organization for customer support. However, we are already smoothly advancing transactions with major companies. We are also doing business with overseas customers. Our staff will directly visit the customer to have a meeting, etc., and will provide sincere support. We are now making a business plan to strengthen our organization in stages.
