[Company strength]
We are developing human resources, handing down skills, and preserving the know-how that is essential for a company to flourish. Our principle is to strive to learn knowledge and skills that allow us to think outside the box, improve the manufacturing process, and produce new products. We have been trying to keep costs reasonable while maintaining high quality and performance levels. This is done by using cassette dies to cut excess costs and by making proposals to customers regarding modification of tolerance and/or product shapes.

[Business description]
We offer Monozukuri craftsmanship (creation and production) of products in the fields of electric power, automobiles, light electrical appliances, playground equipment, etc. We work together with our customers while proposing ideas throughout all phases of manufacturing from start to finish, from prototypes to volume production models. We devote ourselves to satisfying customer requirements for resin dies, resin mold products, metal and resin cutting parts, jigs, gears and so on in a cost-conscious manner from design to manufacturing.

[Strength of products/technologies]
Our motivation increases as we take on the challenge adding more value to products, and solving our customer’s problems creates a mutually beneficial business relationship. This is our company’s motto. One of these challenges includes achieving improved gear precision by dividing them into smaller parts. Gears are conventionally made as a single product. However, we have established a new method in which gears are made by assembling individual parts. Each tooth is fine-tuned after resin molding and dimension measurement. This method allows us to produce quieter shift units and contribute to society.

[Representative's message]
We started as a manufacturer of rubber and resin dies in 1983 and became a pioneer of NC processing. We have been dedicated to making 2D and 3D CAD/CAM data for NC products and manufacturing for more than 40 years. Satisfying various customer needs has made it possible for us to develop and accumulate a wide variety of skills and technology in design, manufacturing, molding, and inspection. Workers feel more motivated when they are creating unique products that they develop themselves. We apply for patents in Indonesia, China, and Thailand and license our technology to manufacturers overseas, thus establishing win-win relationship with them as partners.

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
We have staff members dedicated to supporting new customers and to respond to inquiries from major corporations and overseas businesses. Meetings are held every morning and at the end of the day. This allows each department manager to share information and assign the right person for each particular case required by a customer. The CEO also attends meetings every morning to communicate with employees so that the whole staff is responsive to changes with consideration and sincerity.

[Joint research and development]
We jointly developed a soundproof automatic window sash with Howa Machinery Ltd. We took part in industry-university-government collaboration with Nagoya University. We jointly developed a soundproof automatic window, which opens and closes depending on the temperature-humidity index, with Waseda University.
