[Company strength]

1. We possess more than 100 sets of NC compound lathes, machining centers, and measurement equipment. We provide excellent QCDS (quality, cost, delivery time and service) using our capacity for flexible support from development and trial manufacturing to mass production. 
2. We can also provide flexible support for element technology such as metal plate processing, resin processing, hardening, and plating, which we do not have in-house. This is done by making full use of our networks (100 or more companies). These include the Kyoto Trial Manufacturing Network and the Kiseiren (Society of Young Entrepreneurs of the Kyoto Engineering and Metalworking Industry) Network.
3. We will take on the challenge of any orders, and will do our best to make a proposal.
4. We established Nadaka Precision (Thailand) in 2011.

Machining processing, grinding processing, and assembly of industrial equipment parts. These include automobile-related parts (turbocharger parts, car air conditioner parts, etc.), aircraft equipment parts (wing parts, door parts, etc.), and hydraulic equipment parts (gear pump parts, control valve parts, etc.)

[Strength of products/technologies]

1. We conduct multiple kinds of in-house processing in an integrated manner. This includes lathe processing, machining processing, grinding processing, and assembly.
2. We conduct in-house development of optimal jigs for product shapes, both in lathing and machining. 
3.  We can process various kinds of materials such as bar stock, cutting material, forging material, and casting material.
4.  We can process various kinds of materials such as iron, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, titanium, Inconel, and casting. We have many years of accumulated processing experience and knowledge. This especially includes difficult-to-machine materials such as heat-resistant steel as well as casting.

[Representative's message]
We have been refining our technology for machining processing and assembly for 60 years. Our focus has been on automobile-related parts, aircraft equipment parts, and hydraulic equipment parts. We have recently been expanding in the development and trial manufacturing area, as well as mass processing, which is our strong point. We can support various customer requirements by using our global organization. For example, development and trial manufacturing and medium-volume production are conducted in Japan, while mass production is conducted by Nadaka Precision (Thailand).

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
We have clarified our system for the manufacturing, sales, quality assurance, and administration departments. The appropriate department will support customer inquiries and consultation according to the content. We have a Japanese manager stationed at Nadaka Precision (Thailand), and realize detailed customer support on-site. We hope to support the Western markets we are targeting, with project teams under the direct control of our executive director.
