[Company strength]
We have established an integrated production system from development and design to mold creation, trial manufacturing, evaluation, and mass production. We offer high-accuracy pressing of difficult-to-process high-strength stainless steels (SUS/H and EH), high-tension steels, and magnesium alloys. We have technologies to meet the low profile, light weight, and complicated shape requirements for structural parts for precision equipment. We can use these technologies to streamline the complicated processes of product development and provide customers with advantages such as high quality, low cost, and short delivery time.

[Business description]
We design and create molds for precision metal working and manufacture metal pressed parts for information and communications equipment. We mainly manufacture casing parts for information and communications equipment such as cellphones, smartphones, and tablets, and lightweight cutter blades for mini-printers. We provide integrated processing from mass machining and assembly to quality assurance and distribution in addition to trial working.

[Strength of products/technologies]
Insert sheet metal parts used for cellphones, smartphones, and tablets are expected to be thin, lightweight, and strong. Our unique three-axis pressing method can strengthen difficult-to-process materials (high-strength stainless steels, magnesium alloys, etc.) for insert sheet metal parts. The cost is low compared with the die casting method, and our new method enables lower costs and higher productivity (plane processing accuracy: within ±0.05 mm). Our company is the only one in the world to offer multilayer casing technology combining different materials.

Our company has been mainly engaged in metal pressing and manufacturing connector parts since its foundation in 1965. The mold technologies we have cultivated have enabled us to develop special precision molds and complicated precision working. We will further brush up our technical power. We will contribute to industries hoping for the reduction of thickness, weight, and cost by using unique technologies with high added value that are not available from our competitors. We will also promote overseas expansion, mainly to Asia.

We have staff in charge of new clients in the sales section of the technical development department to deal with inquiries from major companies and overseas companies. Staff in the engineering section of the technical development department will handle technical consulting. Our staff will directly visit customers to solve issues when necessary. The president will directly support new customers. We will be sincere in our support for customers, including information collection and management.
