[Company strength]
Steering shafts for automobiles are our main parts. We conduct integrated processing from drawing using our original molding machinery to lathe turning finishing. Our company has achievements and experience as an all-round player in machining in the mass production of various deformed products from cast products to hot and cold forging products. In the past we have taken on the challenge of aluminum die casting. We received the Gunma Grand Award of Technology for our integrated processing line from die cast material to finishing processing and bolt assembly.

We manufacture automobile parts. We conduct integrated management and manufacturing of machining from materials. We also provide integrated processing covering plastic molding, thermal treatment, finishing, quality assurance, and distribution.

[Strength of products/technologies]
The shafts used for automobile steering systems are important security parts in which both a precise mechanism and safety are pursued. This is why we are advancing technology development in the areas of drawing processing of shafts and tubes as fundamental technology. Our target is molding of spline holes that require precision sliding and higher-precision molding processing of facing spline shafts, as well as serration shafts and holes. We also have experience in R&D in different areas under industry-university collaboration, such as structure analysis and flow analysis, etc. We are working on cultivating new areas that utilize 3D-CAD, 5 axis M/C, and so on.

We have a goal of attaining global sales of 10 billion yen (currently 4 billion yen; targeted in 2020). To this end we aim to establish domestic technology as a mother factory (enhancement of steering system technology) and to cultivate new areas other than automobiles.
