[Company strength]
We are a manufacturer of dedicated machines and production facilities that support custom manufacturing. We reliably meet customer requests with integrated production systems from development and design to machining and assembly. We manufacture and sell energy and space saving products in-house, from hobby use to high-performance 5-axis processing machines. We have a wealth of knowledge and technology accumulated through the manufacture of dedicated machines, so we can also customize machines to meet customer requests.

[Business description]
Our company is a manufacturer of capital goods. Our management philosophy is “Contributing to Monozukuri craftsmanship by providing labor-saving, power-saving, and energy-saving equipment.” We always seek to improve ourselves on this basis. Our power-saving equipment has been introduced in factories in the field of automotive parts, and in various other fields such as semiconductors, electronic parts, medical care, and cosmetics. We have been continuously manufacturing in-house products starting in 1975 with the marketing of desktop machine tools. We are also committed to product development. We marketed a small 5-axis processing machine in 2013.

[Strength of products/technologies]
We provide dedicated machines and production technologies by applying precision positioning technology, assembly and inspection technology (0.1 μm-order measuring and press-fitting technology), and composite and servo control technology for robots. We also support customized production. We propose resource-saving, energy-saving equipment with accuracy and dimensions optimized for high added value and precision part machining.
Our CVN series provides a long-selling range of small machine tools (ultra-small drilling machines and ultra-small lathes) that were achieved in our research and technical development division.


[Representative's message]
We use our wealth of experience in equipment for the overseas factories of domestic manufacturers to give shape to equipment that is not available outside Japan. We have completed a field survey for overseas expansion and are about to start promoting specific planning. We will produce satisfactory products that meet our customers’ needs on receiving proposals for the use and application of small machine tools.

Staff in charge of new transactions in the sales and engineering department will handle inquiries from major and overseas companies. Staff in the technical department will handle technical subjects and visit clients when necessary to solve problems.
